FAQs
What does Modern Dating Project stand for?
Modern Dating Project isn't about tricks, scripts or becoming someone you're not. We believe meaningful relationships begin with self-awareness, confidence and a commitment to growth. This work isn’t about perfection - it's about showing up as someone you're genuinely proud to bring into a relationship.
What is Modern Dating Project (MDP)?
Modern Dating Project (MDP) is a community for people who are done leaving their dating life to chance. Our ethos is simple: Become the best version of yourself to attract the partner you’ve been looking for. And have a damn good time doing it.
Who is MDP for?
MDP is for the person who’s ready to evolve - the one who’s accomplished, dependable and driven, but wants more meaning and connection in their life. It’s for those who refuse to settle for “fine” - in life or in love.
What makes MDP different from other coaching groups or dating programs?
Most dating programs give you scripts and tactics. MDP goes deeper. We work on the whole person - confidence, presence, style, communication and mindset. Add in our network of expert partners, our community events and our global matchmaking network and you have something genuinely different: a full ecosystem of support built around one goal - becoming someone who naturally attracts the right partner.
Do I need to be single to join a workshop?
No, you don’t need to be single to join our workshops. While MDP’s core mission is helping single people build confidence in their dating life, our work’s impact goes far beyond that. We support people through every major season of life - whether you’re rebuilding after a breakup, re-entering the dating world or simply wanting to grow into a stronger, more grounded version of yourself.
What does a dating coach actually do?
A dating coach helps you become the kind of person who naturally attracts what (and who) you want. At MDP that means working on first impressions, conversation skills, confidence and much more. Although surface-level tips are helpful and part of the work, the inner work is what actually changes how you show up.
